Our AGENTS and Staff

Edmund ‘Tate’ Aylward

Owner, Office Manager, Designated Broker and Full-time Sales Associate

My real estate experience extends back to late 1983 when I began selling my family’s own real estate at the age of fourteen. After an abbreviated college career, I was first licensed as an agent to broker property in early 1988 at the age of 19. I worked part-time in real estate while attending Hard Knocks University as part of Laboror’s Local #1377 until my father’s passing in 1993. I then took over management of the family business for my mother and purchased the business from her in 2000.

Kirk A. Ritchie

Broker

Born and raised in Maine. Most of my childhood our family lived in Patten, a lumbering town an hour north of Lincoln. I have three brothers, all of whom still reside in Maine with their families. After an extensive courtship, I was finally able to coerce/bribe my wife to marry me on May 4, 1996. We now live in Lee, with two dogs, on a beautiful 37-acre piece of land (which, if you are interested, could be purchased for the right price). We have two kids. My blushing bride is a high school teacher, and a very patient woman – thank God. I graduated from Katahdin High School, where my dad was principal, in 1978.

I attended the University of Maine for a year and then transferred to Saint Joseph’s College, where I graduated honors with a BA in business management in 1983. Since my college graduation, I have primarily been self-employed and have owned part, or all of, a half dozen small businesses. From 1989-1991 I worked as a consultant in California and Virginia. For the next nine years I worked as a Maine licensed Private Investigator. I also was resident director of the Lee Academy dormitory and coached two varsity sports at the school. And I have been co-owner of the Springfield Fair, since April of 1991. Since December of 1999, I have been licensed in real estate and working for Tate Aylward (my cousin) at CWA & Lake St. Real Estate. I believe that working here will be my final, official job. I have always enjoyed selling, love Northern Maine and am now able to hunt, fish and camp, etc. – all while I work at buying and selling real estate. Life is good.

Peter Phinney

Broker

I became a Maine licensed Real Estate Broker in 1985. For over a quarter century I have been representing clients and working with customers on real estate in the greater Lincoln area. My wife of thirty years and I were born in the Lincoln area where we have raised our two sons. We both enjoy the outdoors and all that the Lincoln area has to offer.

Jennifer Loynachan

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant. Born and raised in Maine. I started here back in 2017. Since then, I have gotten my first house, got married, completed my Bachelor degree in Business Management, and now have a beautiful daughter. I have learned many new things working here.
